ESL Certification retention periods apply to documentation and records made within: applications which were submitted but not registered - 3 months from the date of decision regarding termination of preparatory actions related to the commencement of the certification process, processes which were registered but not finished (terminated) or finished with the negative result - 1 year from the date of process termination decision processes that were finished with a positive result - 10 years from the date of certificate expiry, withdrawal, or termination.
