Rights and duties of Clients and ESL in certification processes are defined in “General Terms of ESL certification services” as well as in specific terms attached to the certification application and are made available on the stage of applying for certification.

What is an extent of General Terms of ESL certification services?

The General Terms, together with any quotation, application or agreement in which these Terms are incorporated by reference, form part of the contractual relationship (further called “Agreement”) between the ESL and any legal entity either applying for ESL certification services or holding a certificate issued by ESL.
