ESLs Privacy Policy

 

ESL works in an ethical manner and respects the confidentiality of all the information that the Client shares with us during the course of its journey while using our services. All the information pertaining to the organisation or the individuals representing the organisation are not disclosed with any third-party body without taking prior consent from the Client (or otherwise agreed in writing between the Client and ESL).

 

How ESL collects your Data?

 

ESL collects the data by:

  1. Interface with ESL: When the client interacts with ESL through the portal, website, email, phone, or otherwise, to seek information about services, subscription to newsletters, sharing feedback or requesting an inquiry or with any other purpose.
  2. Third Party Interaction: Whenever ESL receives information through a third party, we ensure that it is obtained through legal channels and this is stored in the ESL database.
  3. Automated Interaction: While accessing the portal or website some information of the user are automatically captured by the ESL through cookies, server logs, and other similar instruments. However, user can change their settings in their browser to refuse to allow cookies to be shared with any third party. In such a case, some features of our services may not be fully accessible to the user.

All concerned people or organisations will be obliged to sign the Confidential agreement with ESL to ensure the information security of users.

  • Regulatory bodies responsible for products and services
  • Public authorities contracting us to provide services
  • Hosting services such as those creating the information technology platform
  • Companies conducting customer survey on behalf of ESL
  • Tax authorities, regulators, or other legal authorities requesting ESL to provide information
  1. Any third party whom we may choose to do business with, that includes sell, transfer, merger or acquisition of our business. In such scenarios, the information shall be shared with that body, however, it will also comply with the current version of the privacy policy.
  2. Our website may include referral links to some other third-party websites or plug-ins, clicking on which will allow the owner of those parties to collect your information. ESL does not hold any responsibility in such scenarios and encourage users to read the privacy policies of such websites before they visit them.

User must note that ESL will be forced to reveal the personal information about the client under the following circumstances:

  • In order to comply with legal requirements such as search warrant, statute or court order; or
  • In the case when the Client’s action violates the ESL’s Terms of Services or guidelines for specific services; or
  • In order to protect ESL’s legal right or property or site, or client; or
  • In order to investigate, prevent or take any action pertaining to the observance of illegal activities, suspected fraud, or in situations involving potential threats to security and integrity of ESL services

 

Use of Cookies

 

ESL uses cookies obtained from the user to understand how it engages on its website or portal, to identify measures through which we can improve our services to enhance the user experience. Using analytical tools, we collect information anonymously without identifying individual users but use big data analysis to conclude trends of customer behaviour. However, the user has the right to choose the cookies setting in their browser, whether they want to share information to any third party or not, including or excluding ESL. In the scenario, when ESL does not have access, a user may not be able to have the same experience as some features such as language preference would not be enabled for the customer.

ESL have copyright protection for all the content on the ESL platform (including code, pictures, or any information) and is fully owned by it. Any violation of the use of the content, including copying part or whole of it, is completed prohibited without the written authorization of the ESL and will be subjected to legal action.

ESL reserves the right to change this policy at any point in time without notifying the user prior to the change and will upload the new policy on this page.
